These are hard times for most of the businesses out there. They were forced by the consumer and the market to reinvent themselves. As the consumer is more demanding than he’s ever been. So the brands who get this and are willing to adapt, those are the brands who will win tomorrow. Those who hold on to the old structures, those will have an even harder time. So brands, listen to your consumer, learn from it and try to change your behaviour and you will be the lovebrand of tomorrow.
